Behavioral Health Docket
RBHA provides clinical services and consultation to the City of Richmond’s Justice Services Juvenile Behavioral Health Docket Team. This team, which includes a Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court Judge, Commonwealth’s Attorney, Public Defender, Guardian ad Litem, Case Manager and Program Coordinator, serves youth who have substance use or serious emotional disorders and involvement with the criminal justice system. Successful completion of the program enables the participant to have criminal offenses reduced or eliminated.
Assessment Services & Juvenile Court Liasion
RBHA collaborates with the Richmond Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court (RJDRC) to meet the treatment needs of City of Richmond residents. As part of the Rapid Access Team, RBHA has a Licensed Mental Health Professional located on-site at the Court Service Unit. This position is designed to liaison with the Court, probation/parole unit, attorneys and others involved with the Individual and/or family to access treatment services and to collaborate regarding ongoing services as appropriate.
