RBHA Clinicians and Case Managers are responsible for placing consumers in appropriate levels of care and then, to the extent possible, monitoring consumer progress and participation through a continuum of treatment services provided by community-based programs under contract with RBHA. Staff also communicate with referral sources regarding individual treatment plans, treatment progress, and treatment plan modifications.  Follow-up efforts to re-engage consumers who drop-out of treatment programs are also important service activities provided by the case management staff.
