In addition to receiving Case Management services, individuals seeking services may choose to enhance their recovery from both a serious mental illness and a substance use disorder by participating in a Specialized Program.

Specialized programs offered through RBHA include:

Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT)

The PACT team is a group of qualified mental health professionals whose mission is to partner with individuals to help them live successfully in the community.

Transitional Supportive Living Program

RBHA offers support for families experiencing homelessness and who are referred by the local family shelter programs.

Homeless Services

RBHA operates two homeless outreach programs, one targeted at homeless families residing in partnering agency shelters and one targeted at single individuals who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness and have a mental illness.
