Some of the activities provided by the Quality & Standards Division include the management of the consumer and family complaint process, client medical records, student internships, Quality Leadership Council, RBHA Policy and Procedures Manual, facilitation of the Consumer Advisory Council, the Human Rights and Client Incident reporting process, and other Quality Improvement/Risk Management Activities.

The RBHA Quality & Standards Division is committed to improving standards of consumer care, maintaining the professional and fiscal integrity of all services, and assisting staff with both external and internal regulatory guidelines.  This mission will be accomplished through collaborative efforts in the following six categories of organizational performance activities: risk management, corporate compliance, quality assurance, records management, quality improvement, and training.
